Can I practice if I'm pregnant?
Absolutely! As long as your doctor has given you the okay to do so, yoga and pilates can be of great benefit pre and post natal. We ask that you please inform your teacher before class so they are aware of your pregnancy and at what trimester you are at. We often offer pre-natal classes (check the timetable) however if there's no pre-natal class on and its your first time, we recommend that you attend beginners class and suitable variations will be offered to you. We also recommend that you sit out the first 12 weeks for your own peace of mind.
