5pm - 6pm

Brenda will give you the tricks techniques & strengthening exercises you'll need to build your arm balancing and inversions.

You'll discover a sense of lightness, increased stamina and core strength giving you the confidence to incorporate these fun and challenging poses into your Yoga practice.


Tuesdays 5 - 6pm

Week One - 2nd May
Week Two - 9th May
Week Three - 16th May
Week Four - 23rd May
Week Five - 30th May
Week Six - 6th June

Missed the first class? No worries, join in when you can and have the price prorated for the remaining classes!

If you know in advance that you're going to be away for one of the classes for the term. Email us and we'll adjust the term price for you.
