Nourishing Your Body 
Nourish your body with wholesome foods at the right times by following your Personal Nutrition Plan. For an extra boost, try keeping a food journal! Jot down what you eat and when for a month, and you’ll start to uncover your unique patterns. Meal prepping can also be a delightful way to set yourself up for success—many people find joy in preparing meals for the week ahead.
